This Privacy Policy describes how the My Hypertrophy mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. My Hypertrophy is a workout-tracking app for planning and logging resistance training mesocycles.
My Hypertrophy is designed to keep your training data on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate any server that stores your personal workout data. The only third-party service integrated into the app is used to process optional in-app purchases.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or device identifiers for advertising purposes. The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
The app lets you export your full workout history to a JSON file on your device, which you can then share, back up, or transfer to another device using the app's import feature. This export/import is entirely user-initiated and under your control — we have no access to these files.
The app makes a small number of network requests, none of which include your personal training data:
Pro subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed and processed entirely by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. Purchase and payment information (such as card numbers) is handled directly by Apple or Google — we never see, receive, or store it, and no purchase data is sent to any third party. Your device checks its own purchase status directly with the App Store or Play Store. Please refer to Apple's or Google's respective privacy policies for how they handle payment information.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your workout or training data with anyone, because we never receive it — it stays on your device. We do not use any third-party service to process purchases — purchase verification happens directly between your device and the App Store or Play Store, as described above.
Your training data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app, or by using any in-app data-management options available in Settings. Because we do not store your training data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
My Hypertrophy is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information (such as access, correction, or deletion). Since your training data lives only on your device, you can exercise these rights directly by using the app's export/delete features or by uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
